RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

By making a purchase, you have a Lifetime Warranty, which means no matter how many days after receiving your item, you can request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be taken.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please look at your order when you get it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns on items that are damaged by you or that are already used.
